We started with bright, clean rice lager and infused it with Orange Blossom honey, fragrant lemon peel, and Matcha green tea. These floral, citrusy, and herbal notes all dance to the beat of Pacific Jade hops which tie everything together into a tight package. This gives rise to a dichotomous brew which is refreshing enough to return to all session, yet retains enough nuance to tantalize the palate like an unfolding orchid.
