A very special Prize Ale brewed to celebrate Leeds International Beer Festival 2022 at Kirkstall Abbey. Inspired by Kirkstall Brewery Co (1833-1983)'s Abbey Ale, this strong ale takes cues from Belgian Abbey style beers but uses all English ingredients and West Yorkshire yeast.

Cask at IMBC 2022. Clearish golden color, white head with lacey lacing. Stonefruit and booze in both the aroma and the taste. Pretty dry finish. Tasty enough, would drink again.

Cask at Indymanbeercon 2022 with Stuu666 and cgarvieuk. Pours hazy orange with a thin white head. Aromas of yeast esters, white bread. Taste is orange, bread, light sour. Flat finish.
