At the source: pours hazy with a white head. Aroma is citrus fruits and slight lagery grains. Taste is straight yuzu and a lot of it. Yes, it is a beer, but the yuzu so much yuzu... indeed way more than in the aroma.

Keg at Three Johns. It pours cloudy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, juicy yuzu, candied lemon and some bread. The taste is crisp, dry, juicy, zesty, sharp yuzu vibe, bit of sherbet, pithy, mild citric acid and earth with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Rather pleasant fruit infused lager. Yuzu works well.

Tap @ Mikkeller Aarhus, 5.7%. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yuzu, fruit peel and citrus. Flavour is malt, yuzu, medium sweet, fruit, fruit peel and a little citric.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours light golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, tart fruit, yuzu. Flavor is light sour, malt, tart fruit, yuzu. Medium body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. 210317

Tap at Uiltje Bar. Almost cclear golden with small white head. Massive kumquat, I guess it’s yuzu but I’ve never tried it. Tangerine, light malts and a touch of dust. Like citrus juice. Light sweet and sour. Under medium bodied. Love it!

Draft at Uiltje. Aroma of yuzu, citrus and herbs. Fresh taste of lots of fruity fresh yuzu, citrus, malt and some herbs. Very nice.
