Nice fizzy-creamy longlasting head, hazy. Aroma is fresh citrusy, yuzu, lemonade, grass, soda powder, minerals. Taste is slightly dry citrusy, yuzu, grass, weeds, citrus peel, hay, flowers, bark, light malts, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly dry citrusy mouthfeel. Nice, lovely aroma.

Tap at CBC 2016 Yellow session. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeast citrus floral hop. The flavour is light sour with a dry crisp refreshing yeast medicinal palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

[ As Mikkeller Yuzu Biiru For Ramen ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, yuzu, light perfume. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, yuzu, tangarins - mandarin, sweet hops, sweet fruit, medium dry, yuzu bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160521]

Tap@Ramen to Biiru, Copenhagen (9/5/2016) - fuzzy yellow pour with good sized white head. Aroma and taste is a nice fruity medley with some well balanced citrus Yuzu, light malty, refreshing and easy drinking for the abv.

75cl bottle. Trübes hell leuchtend goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Gewürzen, grüner Tee, sehr hopfig. Geschmack nach grünem Tee, Gewürze, mild hopfig, sehr interessiert.
