Can 473ml @ yngwie - Nyttår 2023. Pours dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, cinnamon, dried fruits, oak, alcohol, caramel, chocolate, cocoa, brown sugar and tonka. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, oak, cocoa and tonka finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Frothy off-white fair mostly diminishing head. Black colour. Heavy malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter great flavor. Some coconut notes. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

NyttårKYGG 2023. Dark brown color with a beige bubbles. Aroma is dried fruit, roasted malt, alcohol. Flavor is raisin, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, spices, cinnamon, coffee, toffee. Powerful beer.

Can. A lightly oily pour reveals a dark brown beer and some dark beige bubbles. The aroma has a good dash of cinnamon, with dark chocolate, some coffee hints and some alcohol. Brown sugar. It's full-bodied and warming, sweet, with a decent bitterness. Cocoa, cinnamon, alcohol, roasted malts, toffee, dark chocolate and alcohol in the flavor. Brown sugar. Everlasting finish. A bit rough, but sure delicious. 231231

Can from Tavour. Pours very dark brown with a creamy/bubbly, transient rusty tan head. Aroma of cinnamon and chocolate. Full bodied. Flavor is cinnamon, chocolate, bourbon and a light coffee note. Not dry. Not bitter, but the cinnamon adds a taste tingle, and the bourbon round that out. This actually deserves to be called pastry.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour, slow, fizzy brown head. Cinnamon is first on the aroma, bourbon, chocolate. Taste starts with the cinnamon, sweet, light coffee, chocolate. A healthy burn follows with lingering cinnamon and chocolate. Thick, velvety.
