This sour IPA is hopped with Ekuanot, Bravo and Mosaic to create the biggest grapefruity hop profile we could muster, but we've also included grapefruit zest and juice for good measure. Lactose rounds things out with a sweet and smooth touch.

My first IPA-Sour style. BBE 06-21, canned 3.5 months ago. Pours hazy gold, small white head, quite fizzy, some retention. Aroma is sour citrus confectionary and grapefruit. Taste is sweet and sour lemon notes, a softer grapefruit. Finish is zesty citrus and moderately bitter. There is a hint of something vaguely chewy in the body but its a bit light for an IPA. This could easily just be a sour. Carbonation is average and works fine. I enjoyed this, its juicy and sour but not over the top. Quite refreshing, good stuff.

3/10/2020. Can at the Torun GP bottle-share, from Morrison's, Ipswich. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of grapefruit and citrus, with light grassy, herby, peppery notes. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness, medium sour. Medium body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Nice lasting sour finish. Good.

440ml can - Pours an almost clear light gold colour with a small white head that settled. Aroma is citrusy, loads of grapefruit and a little lime. Moderate sweetness and a tart fruitiness, grapefruit flavours with a pithy sour finish.

440ml can; BB 6th Aug 2020. Drank at home in Nov 2019. It's a sour Grapefruit IPA and I didn't enjoy it at all. I knew I wouldn't like it, but bought it anyway; must be mad!

Bottle at Craft CG. Loads of pink grapefruit, some interesting wheatiness. Very juicy. Citra type earthiness. Ovaltine and milk at the end. Good stuff.

Bottle at home. Has a clear straw colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of wheat, lactic acid and lime grass. Some apple cider vinegar. Flavour of wet hay, pale malt, grapefruit, grass and undertones of vinegar. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. Careful aroma and flavour. Easy drinking and fresh though.

Keg at the brewery tap. Dank citrus aroma, which is perhaps not obviously grapefruity. Hazy amber gold. Healthy creamy white head. Medium sour. Some citrus, especially into the finish. Light-medium bodied. Slick, a tad thin. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Juicy citrus sour. Wouldn't have necessarily picked up on the IPA element but a decent enough beer.
