When the calls for Freddo Fox to brew a West Coast IPA became too intense to ignore, we took the challenge literally. So into the kettle and tank went plenty of "C" hops - Cascade, Centennial and Chinook, along with some Simcoe and Comet - as we went on a quest for pine, citrus orange flavours, and just the faintest hint of caramel malt, expect assertive West Coast bitterness and a drying finish.
