This is a collaboration with our pals at Flowerhorn Brewing. Just like us, they have been fighting the good fight against macro beers and flying the flag for independent, local beer in Cardiff. We both have a love for pale ales big on tropical fruit, so that's what we decided to conjure up. Starting with a pilsner malt base, loaded with oats and wheat, for super pale, smooth base. We then picked our favourite hops that would get us to that tropical fruit hoppiness, Citra in the whirlpool followed by a dry hop of Luminosa, Sabro, El Dorado and Krush. This result is a hoppy, tropical fruit salad of a beer. Cheers!
