DDH Hazy DIPA
Bracket made their name producing huge Hazy DIPAs so this birthday we knew we had to finally pull the trigger and brew one with them. Combining some of their fermentation tricks and merging our dry hop processes while doubling down on a couple of hops that we both love, you know that this DDH DIPA is going to be something special!
Hops: Citra T90, Citra Dynaboost, Citra Hyperboost, Rakau T90 & Rakau Hop Kief

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8.5 | Flavor - 10 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 9.5
From a 440ml can on 22/8/2025. Pours a cloudy light golden with a smallish head. The nose bursts of stone fruit and citrus zest. Tastes of orange, peach, apricot, white grape, passionfruit and lemon. The fruit is met perfectly by a tangy spicy bitterness, with a hint of pine. Has a pillowy, lightly creamy palate with average carbonation. The flavour and balance on show here is just sublime. A complex beer with real heft, but still eminently smashable. Phenomenal stuff.
