A classic malty West Coast IPA hopped with Centennial and Amarillo for pine and bitter citrus flavours. Simpsons Double Roasted Crystal adds complex caramel and dried fruit notes with a beautiful red-brown hue. Finished with Cryo Simcoe for more layers of citrus and tropical fruit.

Can at home, 14th September 2025. Pours a dark amber brown. Aroma is resinous and pine. Taste is full, resin, pine and citrus, with malty caramel. Lovely

Can from Against The Grain. Clear amber body with a thin beige head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange and strawberry. Flavour of berries and caramel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A solid west coast IPA.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep amber but clear, nice gently frothy off-white head.
Nose - pine, toffee, Jamaica cake and dried orange.
Taste - toffee, brown bread, cake, marmalade but also fresh citrus.
Palate - medium bodied, soft malts and then nice bitter citrus finish and a tremendous linger.
Overall - I really like this. A lot!
