Bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a cloudy dark gold with a half finger ow white head. Aroma of hops and light sour malt. Maybe a hint of wheat. Taste is light sweet. Grains and dank malt with a touch of wheat and some light bitter hops. Medium bodied with a slick texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. I would drink this one again.

50cl can from Carrefour, Warszawa. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, alcohol and a hint of hops and fruits. Sweet and alcoholic with mild malty flavour and notes of hops and a lightly bitter finish. Somewhat drinkable, but far from interesting and hardly enjoyable.

Golden color with a nice foam, aroma is pure malty with some alcohol and sweetness on it, flavor is the same as well.

500ml bottle. Hazy orange-tan color with a thin, patchy head. Muddy, factory malt aroma. Sweet malt. Rather one dimensional. Like a Bock in some respects, but stripped of most of the nice yeast tones and replaced with an artificial extract and/or adjunct gross richness. An odd creature, not one I’d ever seek out again.

Bottle at the Spotify tasting. It’s a pretty poor cardboardy lager. It took longer to write the name down, than to rate it.

Half-liter 7.8% bottle, from Caputo’s Market, Chicago suburbs. Not quite pale as I’d expect. In fact, a rather heavy-looking golden color, fizzy head that’s already gone. Smell is of alcohol and corn syrup, but in this case it’s almost pleasant. Flavor brings in some chewy malt, prickly bubbles drive the alcohol in. Some corn, and somewhat off-balance bitterness. For what it is, not bad; I suspect though it’s been on a shelf a while (at least in a cooler), it’s not too far from how it was supposed to taste. This was the first bottle by this brewer I grabbed, maybe their others beers will turn out okay.
