can, received from a friend. Clear golden yellow, persistent and creamy head. Aroma of herbs. Very full-bodied, flavours of malt, fruit and herbs. Slightly sweet, well-rounded with hopy. The alcohol is not detectable at all to my opinion, very smooth beer, one has to pay attention because it is stronger than it feels.

Bottle poured out watery gold with almost no head. It has a very mild aroma of grainy cereal malts and sweet malts. After a few more samples of the nose it becomes apparent this beer is virtually odorless. The flavor has lots of grainy cereal like malts and corn. After that is a sizable sugary malt taste. There may also be a hint of noble hops in there too.

Bottle. A metallic malt aroma. Light amber color with moderate head. Sweet artificial raspberry/cherry flavor with light malt - mild alcohol burn. No detectable hops bitterness. Not unpleasant but nothing distinctive.

Pale golden coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of slight citrus and definate malt, some european hops and some alcohol. Medium-bodied; Strong alcoholic presence with a big maltiness and some low hops. Aftertaste is fairly minute compared to the large taste up-front. A pretty good ESL as the alcohol doesn’t kick and moan for a long time. I bought this 50 cL bottle at Beers of the World (under the name Lomza Pelne) and sampled it on 25-May-2004 with Haddon90 (Phil).
