A seasonal summer brew this blonde ale as the name suggest is very light in colour, due to the addition of lager malts to the grain mix. The primary hop added late in the fermentation process adds orchard fruit flavours with hints of citrus, but also a slightly bitter finish. At only 4% ABV Summer Skiff is a perfect beer to enjoy in the sunshine and should be served cold straight from the fridge.
