Rules? Guidelines? Nah. I Count Differently is a 7.2% DDH Hazy IPA that leans into chaos with a juicy mix of Citra, Idaho 7, and Amarillo. Full-bodied, fruit-forward, and just off-centre enough to keep you guessing. Citra explodes with orange, mango & bright citrus peel. Idaho 7 brings sticky pine, peach & soft tropical notes. Amarillo adds orange zest, light florals & a subtle spice. Thick haze, smooth ride, and a rhythm all its own — because not everything needs to add up.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Draught No head left but for a yellowish film. Utterly muddy orange-ochre beer, some lace. Very fruity nose, all kinds of citrus & exotic fruit. Bit of banana and asafoetida. Hints of burnet rose aroma. Fruity - if with restrained exuberance. Dry grains, asafoetida, bit farmyard or stable sweeping, and yet something perfumey-aromatic as well. Dried orangepeel. Medium bodied, hopoilslick, soft carbonation. Classic stronger IPA, but some of Thoms have been better.
