Bottled at PBF. Hazy dark brown, miniscule head. Intense woody, vinous nose with some caramel . Sweet with massive body and rounded mouthfeel. Red wines, vinegar and caramel. Hugely peppery warming finish.

Opaque colour, small brownish head. Glueish, alcoholic aroma. Medium-bodied. Alcohol, glue, sugar in the flavour, some dark fruits? Horrible... PBF. 3.6
Re-rate: Dark brown colour and no head. Fruity, dark fruits, light tartness. Medium-bodied. Lots of honey, alcohol, dark fruits. Good. 13.9.2025. Putoooja'25 7.0

PBF XV. Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is alcohol, some raisins, plum and some very sweetish tones. Flavour is raspberries, some liquorice, some mild alcohol tones. Really sweet. Overripe dark berries. Superbly sweet with some tartness to it.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Sep 2024) Dark red colour (ruby port) with no head. Fruity nose with port wine, dried fruit, oak wood, red fruit and vinegar. Malty, fruity, tart taste with notes of caramel, black-currant, dark cherries, oak wood and vinegar. Low bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Really tasty and quite well balanced, for a 12% oud bruin. Very nice.
