Each year we brew 2-3 new variants of Big Doink, using the same hops, malts and base recipe, but adding different twists and ideas that challenge and explore what Big Doink is capable of and testing the skill and creativity of our brewers and taste buds of all Gamma fans.
A brand new non-alcoholic twist on the Doink formula, so everyone has a chance to experience Great Doink Day regardless of drinking alcohol or not. The same hop profile and malt composition as the classic Big Doink, but scaled back and fermented with a special yeast strain that produces little to no alcohol.

Thanks fonefan! Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild nectary tones with mild earth and herbal tones. Flavour is floral, some herbal and mild grainy tones with mild earth too.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Lightly hazy pale golden, no head. Aroma of lime and lemon drops. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel. Lemon peel and slight wort. Low bitterness.

Can @ Cafe Albert Sommerfest. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, woot, fruit, citrus. Flavor is light bitter, light malt, woot, fruit, citrus, light dishwater notes. Thin body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. 230825
