6 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery in Saratoga Springs. Lightly hazy yellow, nice sparkle, nice head, excellent retention, tons of soapy lacing. Aroma is strong pineapple with hint of anise. Taste is pineapple rind, hint of anise. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation, crisp finish with mild lingering bitterness.
