Brewed with our friends at Taproom Beer Co. for the incredible Grainmaker Festival hosted by Linc and Coldstream Malt, The Ninth Sphere features a base of Buzz Pale malt and a generous dose of Elwha River Spelt—probably the best spelt we’ve ever used.
Hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic Cryo, layered with Citra Incognito, and finished with a big hit of Galaxy, this West Coast IPA delivers huge, punchy hop flavors and aromas.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate and somewhat persistent white head. Mixed hop aroma. Certainly has citrus. Med body. Flavor is citrus, passion fruit and green melon. Pretty tasty. Nicely bitter!
