A tropical serenade in sour beer form? Yeah, we canned it. This brand new collab with our buds at Resident Culture Brewing Company is a sunshine-soaked blast of passionfruit, raspberry, guava & coconut. It’s guava-forward with a smooth wave of raspberry and tropical fruit support, rounded out by that unmistakable toasted coconut note that makes your taste buds wanna slap on some sunscreen.

Aromas are tropical fruit punch and a touch floral. Flavors are similar to nose with guava and passion fruit standing out. Don't pick up much if any coconut, still it's pretty good. Great balance between sweet, tart and bitter. Mildly sweet finish.

Pours a thick, pinkish-red, with minimal head. Aroma is coconut, sour raspberry, tropical fruit. Flavors follow, with a touch of astringency to the finish. Mouthfeel seems maybe a touch thin? Very tasty tropical fruit combo.

Can from Foodery in Manayunk: pours orangish red with thick head. Aroma is a nice blend of coconut, guava and raspberry. The raspberry was unexpected and the combinations worked quite well in my estimation. Taste was sweet, but not cloying, nor was it too thick, even though the glass was very difficult to clean from the caked on head.
