Meet PALINDROME – our not-so-traditional take on the classic Helles. What sets it apart? It’s brewed with a modern, hop-forward mindset!
With Amarillo, Hallertau Blanc, and Cryo Cascade added in the whirlpool, PALINDROME brings gentle notes of citrus and grape to the nose. But don’t be fooled by the fancy hops—this isn’t a hazy, hop-saturated NEIPA in disguise. We do have our limits.
Think of it as a classic, just with the subtlest of aromatic twists. PALINDROME is still every bit a clean Helles, with all the things we love about this German-style pale lager: crisp, subtly sweet, and lightly bitter.
