Co-op saison honours the farms heritage using chardonnay grapes from the farm, lavender, lemon peel and blue sage from our garden and barley malted in the old wine cellar. It was fermented with a mixed culture of saison yeasts and natural yeast from the grape skins. The fermentation and ingredients represent a style of brewing as old as the co-op, giving the beer a distinct sense of place and time.

375mL bottle from the brewery. Pours murky dull blonde with a white head. Rustic, spicy saison yeast and white wine grapes on the nose. Flavour has loads of spicy saison yeast, moderate amount of funk, and a really nice white wine character. Full-bodied and high carbonation. Very well-integrated, fantastic.

Hazy orange colour and small white head. Herbal aroma. Medium-bodied. Tartness, white wine, grapes. Ok. Putoooja'25
