A paler, drier, hop forward kellerbier for the late summer sun! Kellebier, Zwickel, Ungespundet and Landbier are often used interchangeably in Franconia and Bavaria, and the designation is usually determined by region or the brewer's whim. But these beers share similar traits in that they are not filtered (or fined), which results in a slight haze, and they are mostly served on draft.

Pours clear light gold into a willi. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Grass and meadow aromas. Crisp with sweet grass, multigrain bread and honey upfront turning to earthy pith in the medium length finish.
