A bold, spicy twist on the classic American IPA. Brewed from BrewDog’s DIYDog homebrew archives, this 8.5% Rye IPA delivers a firm malt backbone with a generous dose of rye for added depth and peppery complexity. Chinook hops bring a punch of pine and resin, while Amarillo lifts the aroma with bright citrus and floral notes. Bitter yet balanced, smooth yet assertive—this is a big, characterful IPA built for hop lovers who like a little spice in their pint.
