Bottle, 2.9%. Clear shiny yellow colour. Very small frothy white head. The flavour is slightly bready, has a little chalk. Seems to have a little menthol or aniseed in the finish.

Bottled. A 5 star beer - atleast according to the neck label. A pale golden beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and odd spices - not very pleasant, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle (Danke, Stockach!) Pale greenish-golden, smaller loose white head; light grainy-malty nose with a mild hoppy touch; light bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied as well; light but distinctive finish: pale malt and hops. Pleasant light beer..................

(33cl bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a non-persistent frothy white head. Sweet and slightly papery grainy nose with a tinge of grassy hops. Light-bitter flavour, literally light bodied with an almost crispy carbonation. Soft grainy, slightly mineralic base with a light but present herbal and slightly hops character. Likeable Pilsener light (26.V.09).
