Sempiternel est un cidre issu d'une grande variété de pommes et poires d'été du verger Ruban Bleu. Le marc de poires à ensuite été rajouté dans la cuve pour une macération d'une semaine afin de donner du tanin et de la matière. Le houblon a été ajouté un peu avant la fin de la fermentation pour une infusion à froid pendant 48h.

355mL can, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma has a nice floral dry-hopping character, pear skins, and a touch of perfumey notes. Flavour is dry, with plenty of dry, floral hops, crisp pear skins, finishing quite dry. Simple but pleasant.

355mL can. Pours hazy blonde with no head. Dry pear skins, some must, and dank hops on the nose. Flavour has dry pears, gentle musty skins, nice dankness from the hops. Not super exciting, but the quality of the perry is good and I like the hops.
