Juno is a blend of three ferments; 24 months fermenting riesling, dry blueberry wine and macintosh cider. Tasting notes: dried apricot, nectarines, lime, lemonade and crisp apple. Dry with just a touch of residual sugar.

355mL can, pours a hazy dark amber red with a small white head. Nose has plenty of Riesling grapes, musty blueberry skins, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is dry, musty and farmhouse-y, with plenty of musty blueberry skins, vinous notes, and crisp apple skins. Carbonation is fittingly high, and the Riesling and blueberry contributions end up adding to the complexity. Good stuff.

355mL can. Pours hazy red with a white head. Riesling, dry blueberries, and apple skins on the nose. Flavour is quite dry with apples skins, fermented out blueberries, and wine grapes. Fairly tannic and effervescent carbonation. Nice, this is one of their better products.
