On tap at Central City, pours a clear blonde with a a all white head. Aroma has some clove, lightly spicy Belgian yeast, and some doughy malt. Flavour is crisp, with a pretty nice Belgian spicy yeast character, some doughy malt, and a mostly dry toasted malt base. Carbonation is higher than average, which works for the style. Though the sweetness isn’t high, the style still calls for something drier. Solid enough.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Belgian yeast on the nose: dry esters and spices. Flavour has a pretty solid Belgian yeast profile, fairly dry esters, though it could be drier. The carbonation is nice and high. Pretty solid Belgian pale.
