Borgeaux is Back 🍻🥳🍻🥳🍻.
The idea of a beer with sparkling wine characteristics came up in the end of 2022 when we brewed the first Kölsch-yeast fermented Borgeaux.
With some small improvements on hop complexity and body we now release the Borgeaux 2024 🍾. We are more than happy with the new version - a perfect choice for upcoming graduation and summer parties

Bottled at PBF. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Aroma of grass and grapes. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Slender, grassy and fruity. Mid bitter finish.

Golden colour, small steady white head. Hay, some fruityness in the nose. Light-bodied. Flavour has fruity lager-vibe. White grapes and some hops. Ok but nothing more.
