Bottle thanks to Craig! It pours clear, oily ruby-brown with unsurprisingly no head. The nose is rich, oil, strong alcohol vibe, earthy, charred wood, dirt, burnt rubber and plastic. The taste is rich, oily, hard hot alcohol, burnt rubber, charred wood, medicinal, liquorice, smoky, TCP and dry wood with a hot, burning finish. Full body and rich, oily mouth-feel. Really rather rough overall. The alcohol ruins the palate. Damn.

Got a few small sips out of the bottle from kappldav123 in a small tasting glass. Big big thank you for sharing that stuff. Smells like strong liqueur. No head, no carbonation. Burning at the palate. Smokey taste with peat at the start. Followed by barrel wood, malt in the background, some fuits with low sweetness. Alcoholic warming and again smokey torf to the finish. Experimental. Strong. Hard to rate.

2cl sample @ One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Pours dark brown with no head. Aroma of stingy alcohol, whisky, peaty malts, solvent, licorice and syrup. Taste is boozy and heavy with massive amounts of peatiness, syrup, licorice, toffee, wood and oak. Finish is stingy woody, peaty and boozy. A decent peaty whisky. Not sure how to rate this as a beer though.

Bottle at home (not the whole one). Looks really, really good. Beer in the glass deep black, no head. Heavy alcoholic aroma. Starts very strong, heavy alcoholic, burning, sharp. Also not much beery notes, but a bit more than CDOS. Hints of liquorice. Extreme beer, hard to rate.

(2 cl sample from a bottle at One Pint Pub, 20151219) The beer poured clear and black. No head. Aroma had booze, dark chocolate, smoke and vanilla. Palate was medium bodied and warming. Flavours were smoke, peat, whisky and ash. Aftetaste had booze, peat and ash. Aroma was mediocre but the Laphroaig dominated the taste which was nice. Not a beer.

Bottle at the Return of Old Spice tasting, Dec 2015, Den Haag. Poured a clear reddish brown with no life. The aroma is rich alcohol, molasses. The flavour is alcoholic bitter, light sweet with a overbearing alcoholic palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

[9/24/15] Bottle sample at the pre-Borefts tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Dark brown to black, viscous. Aroma of chocolate, whisky, tons of booze. Sweet-salty flavor, extremely boozy, with chocolate, soy sauce. Boozy.
