This Hazy NE Pale Ale is brewed with super pale malt, flaked wheat, and oats giving this beer plenty of body. We used BRU 1 and Southern Passion hops from South Africa for dry hops giving it juicy passion fruit, guava and pineapple punch flavors.

5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Hazy dark yellow with thin cap head, fair retention, soapy lacing. Aroma is citrus, fruit. Taste is fruit (green apple, pineapple rind), over citrus. Smooth texture, average carbonation and bitter/fruity finish as taste.
