The beer light amber orangey color. Fairly cloudy. Small to medium white head, dissipates pretty quickly. The aroma is an interesting mix. Tart bluberries, lemons, some woodsy cinnamon. Some yogurty flavor and a pretty good vinegar kick. Mild funk. Taste is medium to strongly sour. Big lemon juice note. Some blueberry flavor. Cinnamon is pretty mild. It’s just a bit too acidic for my taste. Pretty big vinegar note. The feel is light but a bit bracing. Lots of pucker.

Bottle share @ Cycle, St. Pete, thanks Glen. Bottled 12/05/2014. Couleur pourpre, col fin blanc. Arôme au bouquet fruité agréable avec une impression de jus de tomate et ce côté persistant de légume. Peut-être l’effet de purée de myrtilles couplé à la cannelle? Palais est légèrement aigre, fruité de myrtilles, fini sec avec ce côté sour mash de Berliner. Fini de grains et tjrs ce côté renforcé de jus de tomate et je note pas grand chose venant de la cannelle.

Shared at Ale Alpharetta. Cloudy red color, with no head. Strong raspberry, spice, lots of hard cheese, and white sugar. Tart, with some fruity sweetness. Light to medium body, very acidic, crisp, and lively. This is a very nice, fruity beer. Balanced tartness.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is fruity with a fairly strong blueberry character. Some medium cinnamon notes actually work well with the blueberry. Light lemon acidity. Pours a fairly clear, purple red with a medium small, somewhat thin pink head that recedes quickly to the edges. Flavor has a medium strong acidity with a moderate cinnamon note that balances the moderate blueberry character. Some light citrus notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. I think the cinnamon adds some nice complexity and helps the beer not fall short when the blueberry leaves. Good flavor and aroma. I didn?t realize the blueberry and cinnamon would work so well.

750ml bottle thanks to rich. Pours out a ruby red purple topped with a pink head. Nose is amazing blueberry cranberry and barrel. Taste is not as good as the nose. Blueberry cranberry and a nice tart end.

Very lovely appearance, being a deep violet-colored body and a frothy white head atop. Good clarity, as well.
Certainly the blueberries are captured well in the beer, jumping right out in the nose and adding a vibrant fruitiness that, when coupled with the tart and sour acids, produces a sharp but not punishingly so, nose. Some light honeyed grains add just a hint of malt while plentiful phenolics add a dusty pepperiness and light vanilla on the finish. No alcohol noted in the nose.
Blueberry juice up front shows that some of the fruit sugars have still remained, which actually works nicely, as the beer is quite sour. Not somer weisse level sour, but still enough to make you pucker up. Light vanilla, touches of honey and dry biscuits are the extent of the malt, but the fine carbonation and soft sugars do create a substantial texture to paint the acids across. Lactic and malic acids both dominate the finish and playful blueberry notes linger on. No sign of the alcohol, diacetyl or any other flaws. Delicious and can’t wait to see how the bottles I have develop. Still a little rough around the edges and very "sharp" with some strong almost lemon-rind citric qualities that are a bit too much coupled with the rest of the acidic nature of the beer. Should mature nicely.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Slightly hazy dark purple. Aroma of blueberry syrup, maple, cinnamon, honey, lemon, lacto. The taste is Concord grapes, tart current and cranberry, maple, cinnamon, lemon, pith. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness.

Shared by Brian during our blueberry comparison tasting. Vintage is 2015. Real bright purple color and even the head has pink bubbles! Wow the aroma is like a blueberry yogurt with a mild cinnamon spice but wouldn’t have called it cinnamon without reading it on the bottle. The flavor has a nice mild tartness and the spice does something for the balance. Has a light malt backbone. The carbonation is on the spritzy side and has a lively touch. Pretty decent stuff!
