It’s no secret, we love using southern hemisphere hops, and this here Rotations Triple IPA is slap-full of southern hemi muscle. Freestyle Motueka leads the way, towing some freestyle Nelson and HPA Galaxy for other worldly notes of sweet orange marmalade, stone fruit, and lime zest.

Pours a cloudy pale banana-orange color with a thin off-white head that recedes quickly to a wispy film. Sparse spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma of dank hops, mixed fruits and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of herbal hops, tropical and citrus fruits and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Good beer all around.
