A fresh, Pacific Northwest expression of, arguably, the noblest of hops. To make this fresh hopped German-style lager we brewed a crisp, yet bold and balanced pilsner with malts imported from Germany. It was then conditioned on fresh picked whole Hallertau Mittelfrüh cones from Goschi Farm.
