Aged in mystery, brewed in lust, this is nature’s most forbidden dialect
Although even our mad crew sometimes wonders if the pastry train has gone completely off the rails, we keep finding new ways to turn our favorite sweet treats into liquid form. This time, we didn’t reach back to a centuries-old classic, but instead took inspiration from a modern and local legend: the so-called “Cake of the Country” award-winning phenomenon, featuring raspberry, pumpkin seeds, and a mix of crunchy nuts. Blended with the deep chocolate and silky vanilla notes of an imperial stout aged over three years in a fresh bourbon barrel, this brew strikes a wild yet balanced harmony of sweet and tart and fruity and spicy.
