Bottle. Color: Hazy orangish golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Spicy, fruity lime and citrus fruit notes. Taste: Malty with a nice hoppy backbone, grassy, floral, subtle fruity lime notes, spicy, hints of pepper. Long lasting finish. Moderate sweet , starting light bitterness going towards over moderate at the finish. Nice complexity for a Saison. Another nice Fantôme.

Absolutely delightful. I could drink a magnum of this, one of the most drinkable Fantômes I've had. Signature funk and spices but the Thai lime leaf and motueka give this a beautiful brightness. Already excited to open another bottle soon. 'tome #62
