It wouldn’t be an NPBC anniversary without an absolutely over-the-top, extravagant release, and this year is no exception. Introducing NPBC9 Hazy Quadruple IPA, quadruple dry-hopped with an excess of Citra, Citra Cryo, Krush Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, & Riwaka. This 12% ABV delight will have your taste buds entranced – notes of saturated POG juice, ripe apricot, and lemongrass are all wrapped up with a slight bitter finish. Here’s to the next 9 years!

Pours a hazy, orange-pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, some green onion/garlic. Flavors follow. Very sweet, though not cloyingly so. The ABV is well-hidden. Soft mouthfeel. Mild levels of hop bitterness in the finish.
