chocolate malts, layering deep roast, smoldering smoke, and smooth malt
richness. Cold fermentation keeps the profile clean and focused, while
the finish lingers like soot clinging to old stone. Bold, brooding, and quietly persistent.

Almost black beer, a head is quite small and beige. Aroma has breadyness, smooth smoke, some ham and roastiness, also hint of tar. Taste has breadyness and smoke, the smoke is smooth and enjoyable, some salt liquorice. Medium bodied. Smooth smokyness, thus easier to enjoy, but not mild. Very good beer.
