Sample at the VA source. Hazy yellow color, champagne bubbles. The light tartness of the pineapple blends well with the subtle sweetness of the apples. Very nice.

Tap at cidery. Almost water- Nelson county water color that is. Aroma is way too sweet. Candied pineapple. Taste is candied sugar coated pineapple and sugar water. Too sweet for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at the Roseland location. Clear pale golden, thin foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of sweet apples and canned pineapple. The taste is sweet pineapple, mild earth and apples. Medium bodied, decent balance.
