Draft at the VA source. Clear yellow color, champagne bubbles. Fruity aroma. Taste is lightly sweet apple. Easy drinking.

Draft: Apple nose, some vinegar. Clear yellow. Apple, somewhat dry. Light and easy. Clean, simple. Actually a good cider to have with a meal.

Keg at Blue Mountain, Afton. Very pale golden, clear. Aroma of earthy apples. The taste is intensely sweet apples, vanilla, earth. Medium bodied. A hint of dryness and complexity but ends up overly sweet.
