A full-flavoured DDH hazy pale that absolutely rips. Flooded with Citra and Mosaic, this is a Northern Monk pale ale through and through. We might not be breaking boundaries here, but we are Breaking Waves.

330ml can from Beer52. Hazy pale yellow with white head, good retention. Aroma and taste of ripe papaya, lemon and grapefruit. A zesty mild hop burst with some peppery and herbal hops in the finish.The body seems a touch light but has a nice fine carbonation.
