Brewed in collaboration with Third Moon Brewing Co. For this beer we thought it would be fun to showcase just how different the "same" hops can be. We decided to brew the same beer at each brewery using our own hand selected hops. We used our lots of Mosaic and Citra from @yakimachief in ours and Third Moon did the same in theirs. These are two of the most popular and influential hops on earth, bringing all of the citrus, stonefruit and tropical notes that have defined the Hazy IPA. It's amazing to see how different lots, from different farms, of the same varieties can present themselves from beer to beer.
