Named for the Lammermuir Hills in East Lothian, Scotland – just down the road from the brewery - this light amber, hop-forward ale celebrates newer UK aroma hops. We have blended Ernest, Endeavour and Bramling Cross varieties for a fruity profile with notes of grapefruit, apricot and blackcurrant. Balancing out the hops is a malty backbone of light and toasty biscuit flavours to give a hoppy ale that is full in favour.
