750mL bottle, pours a clear pale copper with a medium white head. Nose has a fragrant spicy saison yeast character upfront, gentle peppery notes, and a tiny touch of barnyard character. Flavour is a little sweeter than expected but still has a nice yeast character, with light esters, some spicy saison yeast, a hint of the white pepper, and some sweet white grape on the finish. Smells better than it tastes, mostly due to the residual sweetness. But it’s indisputably well put together.

750mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Nose has a great punch of fresh, spicy saison yeast. Flavour has a really nice, spicy saison yeast character, a bit sweeter than expected, some additional peppery notes from the Vietnamese white pepper. The sweetness coming through a bit like grape juice; the smell is better than the taste. Very nice level of carbonation. Great saison.
