Brittany and Meg created a peach pie (reminiscent) sour using Omega’s Tartango Yeast. For the beer nerds - It’s a new yeast strain that creates lactic acid during fermentation, dropping the PH to 3.5 - kettle sour range without having to actually sour the beer. We then conditioned on 160 pounds of white peach puree and royal vanilla to round out that gentle pie like sweetness.

Murky peach with a large whit head that left good lacing. Tart and tangy with golden fruit and vanilla. Long finish. Medium body.
