Following the love for the Tax Holiday IPA, we’ve come up with something similar for the west coast/bold bitter IPA fans. Waves uses a west coast malt base with just a touch of oats for haze and mouthfeel, but a hopping schedule throughout the brewing process to build up resinous pine and citrus flavors. Bold, bracing, and balanced.

On tap at Stillwell. Pours murky dull gold with a white head. Tons of pine, resins, and sticky malt on the nose. Flavour has lots of sterile pine and bitter resins, coming across like chemical cleaner a bit; malts are in the background. I don't love the hop expression, but it is clean.
