Murmurations is our 10th anniversary release. After a decade of fermenting everything under the Ontario sun, my heart feels like a museum of memories and love for all the life that grows here.
Each bottle feels that way too.
We foraged these tiny pears from trees that were nearly 80 ft. tall—over 200 years old, growing on a farm in Rockwood, ON. The apples are Brown's, a heritage apple that originated in Devon, England.
No feeling is final, just like no fruit, or flower is either. I love the way the light falls on leaves in the summer dusk. Skins of every fruit I've touched haunt my memory.
Zero residual sugar. Wild fermented. Vegan.

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Bottle pour at Stillwell. Pours hazy gold with a small white head. Lots of musty apple skins on the nose with earthy and fruity notes. Flavour has tons of tannic apple skins, dry pears, good amount of must. I don't normally love a perry, but this is super tannic and a bit funky; great.
