Light lime, plum. Maybe some hint of roast. Kind of more towards a weizenbock or Belgian in flavour than a doppelbock. Clear maroon pour without head. Light tangy finish, a hint of sweetness. Pretty decent, even of off style a bit. Maybe needs rebranding as doppelweizenbock. Tap at Leesburg Waters End.
