(HUN) Single Hop sorozatunk következő állomása ismét Óceániában talál minket. A főzethez a következő komlókvariánsokat haználtuk fel:
NELSON SAUVIN
Az eredeti, 2000 körüli komlóvariáns, mely nevét is a Sauvignon Blanc-ra emlékeztető, száraz, szőlős, egreses ízjegyeiről kapta - ez adja a komlókombó megbízható, nyárias bázisát.
KOHIA NELSON
A Nelson Sauvin egy frissebb variációja, hangsúlyos trópusi gyümölcsös, grapefruitos jegyekkel, mely a malátához illő játékosságot, pezsgő ízjegyeket adja a mixbe.
SUPER SAUVIN
Egy Phantasm-variáció, vagyis a Nelson Sauvin komló szőlőhéjjal keverve - ez a friss, izgalmas trend mutatja be, hogyan lehet a komló ízjegyeit még izgibbé, még intenzívebbé tenni.

The next stop in our Single Hop series finds us in Oceania again. We used the following hop varieties for the brew:
NELSON SAUVIN
The original hop variety from around 2000, which got its name from its dry, grapey, gooseberry flavors reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc - this provides the reliable, summery base for the hop combo.
KOHIA NELSON
A fresher variation of Nelson Sauvin, with pronounced tropical fruit and grapefruit notes, which adds a playfulness and sparkling flavor to the mix that matches the malt.
SUPER SAUVIN
A Phantasm variation, i.e. Nelson Sauvin hops mixed with grape skins - this fresh, exciting trend shows how to make the flavor notes of hops even more exciting and intense.

330ml can at the First brewery taproom, Budapest. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy grassy. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, dry, vinous, light herbal, grassy, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Really rather nice!

From tap at the Belvárosi Sörfesztivál, Budapest, 07.09.25. Hazy straw colour. White head and lacong. Aroma and taste that bring out the Nelson Sauvin, with sorrel, white pepper, citrus zest and so on. Interesting and good. Warming mouthfeel.
