A dry hopped honey saison that showcases local nectar from @frenchhillapiaries. This beer is absolutely loaded with honey character balanced by hefty amounts of dry hops, pilsner malt and Vermont wheat. Additional honey was used to naturally carbonate the cans and kegs, creating a beautiful effervescence and mouthfeel.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: gold color with a slight transparency and a finger and a half of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: wheaty tones, some grassy tones, light earthy character; green pepper, subtle lemon and then some honey
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together somewhat sweet with a twang to it; finishes semi-crisp with the lemon and honey
Texture: light to medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to the medium, somewhat sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue
Overall: interesting saison to say the least, not bad but nothing really over the top but I might be interested in another can eventually

Golden with a large white head that left great lacing. Musty and phenolic, tangy and a touch fruity, with a strong medicinal note. Medium finish and body.
