This WCIPA is dry and crisp, with a bit of added body drawn from the malted wheat. Kira took a wander through the hop cooler and constructed an extra-crunchy dry-hop of CTZ, NZH-101 and Mosaic, which combine to a resiny, dank tropicality.

Draft. Golden beer with an off-white head. Light herbal and grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and earth flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and earth linger.
